Dalaric Limited runs tickroll.com and is the controller for anything it collects. You can reach us at info@dalaric.com.

What a visit leaves behind

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare sees your IP address and the page you asked for, and keeps short lived logs to run and protect the service. Cloudflare acts as our processor.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies or local storage, does not follow you to other sites, and gives us totals rather than anything about you. If you would rather not be counted, a content blocker stops it, or email us and we will answer any question about it.

The Tickroll boards

The boards are used by invitation. They hold the cards, notes, reports and files Dalaric puts on them, and the time recorded against each card. Sign in is handled by Cloudflare Access. The boards themselves record nothing about who reads them. Cloudflare Access checks your email address with a one time code and keeps its sign in log for 24 hours. Cloudflare also keeps a log of each request to a board for seven days, which can include the signed in email address, so faults can be traced.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@dalaric.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
